Social landlord Harvest Housing Group has appointed Pinnacle Housing, Places for People Landscapes and Sodexo to maintain land and gardens at 7,500 homes in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
The three contractors will work across seven areas of Harvest Housing's portfolio including east and west Manchester, Crewe and Nantwich, High Peaks, Partington, Eavesbrook, and Birchwood.
The work involves litter picking, graffiti removal, fly tipping removal, grass cutting, flowerbed maintenance, hedge and tree maintenance, sweeping and weed control, drainage and gulley clearing works and other environmental works.
The contract includes early break clauses but also the option to extend for two further years. Harvest Housing Group is based in Levenshulme and owns and manages 18,000 properties in total.
