Opus sells Polar Ford showroom

Ilkley-based developer Opus Land has sold a prime car dealership at Sherdley Road, St Helens to a private investor for £3.45m, representing a yield of 7.5%.
The 1.5-acre site, opposite Ravenhead Retail Park on the outskirts of St Helens, is occupied by Ford Retail, trading as Polar Ford.
The showroom, together with ancillary facilities, comprises 17,500 sq ft. Ford relocated from the town centre and pays £274,000 a year on a 20-year leas.
