Braemar promotes within lettings division
5 Feb 2010, 08:46
Braemar Estates, the property asset management arm of listed Braemar Group, has promoted Ian Chatburn from senior property manager to associate director.
Chatburn joined Braemar in 2007 and helped expand the lettings division of Braemar Estates, which now includes over 300 properties under management across the UK with an annual rent roll of over £2m.
He recently helped to secure the contract for a significant portfolio of city centre apartments. Braemar Estates averaged above 90% occupancy across the portfolio in the past 12 months.
Neil Roberts, managing director of Braemar Estates, said: "Ian has been instrumental in growing our lettings division as well as bringing in new business opportunities for other parts of Braemar Estates."
