Knight Frank to handle Spencer sites in Huyton and Aintree

Merseyside-based industrial developer and investor Spencer Holdings has appointed Knight Frank to market two industrial schemes in Huyton and Aintree.
Sites in the instruction include the 160,000 sq ft industrial building The Link on a 7 acre site on Huyton Business Park, and the remaining units at Sefton Business Park in Deltic Road, Aintree.
More than 70,000 sq ft has been disposed at The Link and Knight Frank has been appointed as joints agents with CB Richard Ellis. Industrial warehouse units are available from 4,300 sq ft.
Spencer specialises in acquiring and managing multi-let industrial and trading estates with small units. The company was founded and chaired by Jim Spencer.
