Brabners adds to property teams

Law firm Brabners Chaffe Street LLP has recruited two senior property advisers to its teams in Manchester and Liverpool.
Tony Fitzmaurice has joined the firm's Manchester office as a partner after 24 years at Cobbetts, where he specialised in property development and regeneration schemes. e was part of the team that acted for Peel Media on the £1bn Media City scheme at Salford Quays.
Stephen Tobin has joined the Liverpool team as a consultant. Tobin has 38 years' experience in commercial and residential investment. He was previously a senior partner at Bell Lamb & Joynson where he acted for a number of medium-sized property groups nationally. He advised on the sale of Concourse House to the NWDA as part of its re-development of Lime Street Station.
