Surveyor Nolan Redshaw has advised on the sale of a 3.5-acre development site in Bromborough to North West Construction on behalf of Time Token.
Birkenhead-based North West Construction acquired the land for close to the asking price of £450,000, and in line with the expansion of the company's facilities intends to build a new headquarters on the site.
Paul Nolan commented: "The waterfront development site is the third site which Nolan Redshaw has disposed of in the area on behalf of Time Token over the past 12 months, this once again highlights the fact that if the stock and the location are right, then there are certainly buyers out there poised to invest."
