LSH reports pair of deals at Barclay House

Surveyor Lambert Smith Hampton has completed two deals at Barclay House in Manchester city centre on behalf of the landlord, Barclay House Securities, a division of Carlton House Group.
Architectural practice Hulme Upright has taken 1,715 sq ft on a six-year lease at a rent of £14.50/sq ft.
Licensing Legal Solicitors signed for 778 sq ft of space on a six-year lease at a rent in excess of £14/sq ft.
Barclay House is on Whitworth Street West, close to Manchester Central Metro Station and Oxford Road mainline railway station. Two office suites remain at the building, one on the ground floor totaling 2,583 sq ft and one on the first floor of 1,187 sq ft.
Joint agents are Lambert Smith Hampton and Edwards & Co.
