Morgan Stanley instructs DTZ on Cheshire Oaks offices
21 Oct 2008, 14:41
DTZ has been appointed to market Chester House in Cheshire Oaks Business Park, Ellesmere Port, on behalf of Morgan Stanley.
Built in 2001 the property on Lloyd Drive comprises a two-storey self-contained Grade A building with 10,969 sq ft of accommodation and up to 70 car parking spaces.
The building is held on a full repairing lease which expires 28 May 2016. The passing rent is £14/sq ft a year.
Chris Lloyd, office agency associate director at DTZ, comments: "Given the excellent amenities adjacent to Chester House, its profile to the M53 motorway and the lack of any genuine existing Grade A office accommodation within Chester city centre and Chester business park, it will appeal to a occupiers from all sectors."
