West's Richardson launches Stepladder Communications

Ben Richardson, formerly sales and marketing manager for West Properties, the Irish developer behind several residential-led schemes in Manchester including Origin and Skyline Central, has started trading with his new venture, a property marketing studio called Stepladder Communications.

In an email sent to contacts last week Richardson, a well-known face on the Manchester property social scene, said: "Following a month of relaxation in the sun I am now back in the driving seat and looking forward to working on my new venture."

Richardson went on to list more than a dozen services from branding to exhibition design. West will be one of its first clients.

Richardson added: "Initially I will be based in my new London office but we are currently on the look out for space in Manchester."

The Stepladder UK website was today showing 'under construction' on its holding homepage.
