Persimmon has started marketing for sale the second phase which is due for completion in the summer. There will be a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom properties. A three-bedroom terrace is priced at £145,995. Persimmon is offering various incentives including 5% deposit paid and 100% part exchange.
