Harbarry Garments has sold a 27,374 sq ft unit on 1.4 acres in Smithfold Lane, Worsley, to Manchester Panel Products for £775,000.
Rick Davies, partner at Davies Harrison, advised Harbarry Garments. He said: "This sale was indicative of the positive activity in the current market.
"We have a number of former manufacturing buildings that we have recently sold or have strong interest in."
Littler & Associates was the joint selling agent.
