Belly Full expands in Chester

Independent agent Kenneymoore has agreed a letting to Caribbean-style bar Belly Full at the former Games Workshop unit in Foregate Street.
Belly Full will open its second venue in the city - it already has a bar and restaurant in City Road - at 112 Foregate Street. The unit extends to 1,877 sq ft and Belly Full is paying rent of £30,000 a year.
Kenneymoore advised the landlord, Parkdale Estates. The tenant was unrepresented.
