Bruntwood sales manager joins MEPC

Andrew Cowell, Bruntwood's head of sales for central Manchester, is to join MEPC Birchwood Park in Warrington as commercial director.

Jonathan Walsh, managing director of MEPC Birchwood Park, said: "Andrew has a proven reputation of working closely with existing and prospective occupiers. He has probably been one of the leading people involved in the letting of more office space in Central Manchester than most over the past 5 years, such is the professionalism and reach of Bruntwood. In joining MEPC Andrew will bring further energy and expertise to an already successful team involved at Birchwood Park."

Cowell joined Bruntwood in September 2003 following four years at Royal Sun Alliance Property Services.

Chris Oglesby, chief executive of Bruntwood, said: "We are grateful for the significant contribution that Andrew has made at Bruntwood and wish him all the best at MEPC."

Birchwood Park is home to 150 companies employing 5,000 people.
