Neil Myerson adds to property team
5 Mar 2013, 16:59
Law firm Neil Myerson LLP in Altrincham has recruited Andrew Chapman from local rival firm Land Law LLP as a senior solicitor in the commercial property department.
Chapman spent eight years as a partner at Land Law in Altrincham and prior to that he was a lawyer at DLA Piper in Manchester. His large property clients include Akzo Nobel and ICI.
Neil Myerson's commercial property team now includes fee earners and is headed by partner Richard Lloyd.
Lloyd said: "Andrew is a very well-known and respected figure in the local property community and he brings with him a first class client base. He adds further strength to our existing commercial property offering.
"Our growing commercial property department is able to offer a real alternative to city centre firms and we are seeing increasing numbers of clients move away from these firms attracted by the lower costs associated with our out-of-town location and the greater service and responsiveness that we are able to offer."
