Ask takes floor in Pinnacle
27 Jan 2012, 08:08
Ask Developments has moved its head office to the Pinnacle in Manchester's King Street, taking the fifth floor on a sub-lease from law firm McGrigors following its relocation to Spinningfields.
Ask agreed a three-year sub-lease on 2,640 sq ft at an undisclosed rent. Ask moved from the Old School House in George Leigh Street, Ancoats, which it is marketing for sale at £1.25m or £12.50/sq ft to rent.
OBI Property represented McGrigors on the disposal. Will Lewis, offices partner at OBI, said: "We worked very closely with Ask and their advisors in making this transaction happen in a very short period of time. We are delighted to have disposed of both McGrigors floors within The Pinnacle so quickly following their decision to relocate to Spinningfields."
CBRE represented Ask.
