Smiths & Sons details first auction of 2012

Wirral auction house Smith & Sons has announced details of its first sale of 2012 to be held at the Village Hotel in Bromborough on 22 February.
There will be 31 lots available, including several residential properties in need of refurbishment and a development plot on the outksirts of Neston with consent for a six-bedroom house.
Chris Johnson, auctioneer, said: "This catalogue presents a broad range of opportunities for refurbishment, new build, rental and resale. 2011 was a challenging year for the property market but auction results remained strong and there is still good demand for properties offered at realistic guides."
