WHR handles Manchester office purchase
18 Jan 2012, 11:08
WHR Property Consultants has completed the £1.25m acquisition of an office building in Ancoats on behalf of the new occupiers, 151 Products.
The 12,700 sq ft building, a former Victorian School House, was previously occupied by Ask Developments and has office accommodation over three floors.
Gary Chapman of WHR said: "151 Products is a cutting edge, successful company and wanted a new headquarter office that would reflect its image and enable them to continue to grow as a business.
"We worked hard to identify the right property and The Old School House proved to be a unique opportunity to acquire a landmark building in an emerging location."
151 Products distributes household goods and DIY materials.
