Haslemere Industrial Estate-Wigan

Haslemere Industrial Estate fully let

4 Jan 2012, 09:53

Max Property's 120,000 sq ft Haslemere Industrial Estate in Wigan is now fully let after new signings take just over a third of the space.

The latest tenants are Canon Tri-laminates which took 20,000 sq ft on a nine-year lease; Pall Mall Carpets, which took 4,000 sq ft on a five-year lease; and Continental Foods which has agreed a 10-year lease on 14,000 sq ft.

Another food company, Seddon Foods, has also taken a 6,000 sq ft unit.

Paul Nolan, director at agent Nolan Redshaw, said: "Most of the tenants have relocated from older accommodation, so the newly refurbished space at Haslemere has been well received.

"The recent lettings indicate that smaller, well presented industrial stocks in good locations are beginning to move."

Max Property is a Jersey-based, AIM-listed property group led by the entrepreneur Nick Leslau.
