Property Manager

An exceptional opportunity has become available for a property manager looking to develop their property career. This role will suit an individual currently working within residential or commercial property, who is hungry to develop and achieve more.

The successful Property Manager will play an important role within the company, working alongside the owner of the organisation and the company surveyor to ensure the smooth running of the commercial property portfolio, that is situated throughout the North West.

What is essential is a passion for the property sector, coupled with current/previous property experience, and an ambition to move your career forward, providing efficient support in managing the portfolio.

Your role will involve supporting the Surveyor and Director with tasks including,

• Responsible for regular weekly viewings on City Centre properties, where you will attend viewings/inspections
• Updating internal property databases and spreadsheets
• Keeping tenancy schedules up to date and lease administration
• Drafting licences
• Attending other viewings within portfolio when necessary
• Checking invoices are correct and signing off accordingly, and chasing payments
• Contacting local authorities/utilities in relation to invoice amendments and any invoice queries or updates on vacant units
• Working with Director on other projects, new acquisitions into portfolio
• Assisting in the organisation of refurbishments/maintenance within portfolio

Basic salary is up to £35,000 DOE, with hybrid working available. It is essential to have a full UK Driving Licence.
