      The Client, Role & Responsibilities:

      Kingsley is retained by a highly regarded and hugely successful National Property Company who own and manage highly successful, blue-chip real estate projects throughout the region, to source an experienced management surveyor for one of its’ high-profile and long-term Northwest schemes.

      The primary responsibility of the Management Surveyor will involve assisting the Estate Managers and Director of Development in various tasks related to Letting, Property Management, Landlord & Tenant issues and Development support

      Property Management:

      • Assist in the management of commercial and residential properties, including lease negotiations/lettings and tenant relations.
      • Coordinate Service Charge collection.
      • Assist in the coordination of estate maintenance activities.

      Lettings:

      • Assist in the coordination of the lettings of a transformational residential project.
      • Help to devise and implement Marketing activities to assist in letting units within the Portfolio.
      • Negotiate Terms in conjunction with letting agents and oversee the legal process.
      • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, property values, and competitor activities.
      • Analyse economic and market data to provide insights for decision-making.

      Development Support:

      • Assist in analysing potential development projects opportunities.
      • Work with key stakeholders including design teams, local authorities, and planning departments.

      Legal Compliance:

      • Have awareness of compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to property transactions and management.
      • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

      Documentation and Reporting:

      • Maintain accurate documentation related to information, property transactions, valuations, and management activities.
      • Generate reports for management meetings.

      Remuneration:

      • A negotiable basic salary up to £40,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
      • Bonus to 10%
