      Are you an experienced Facilities Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to elevate your career?

      The Client

      Our client, a leading property development and management company, is expanding once again and is in search of a talented individual to join their team.

      With over 30 years of experience, our client has established a national profile known for their commitment to excellence. Recently honoured as “Operator of the Year” at the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards, they take pride in delivering high-quality accommodation.

      The Opportunity

      As a Facilities Manager, you will be based at the Liverpool Head Office, overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties across various UK sites, including PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) and Commercial and Residential properties. This role offers the chance to manage operational budgets of up to £1.5 million per property, with support from the Operations team and an FM Assistant.

      Key Requirements:

      • Experienced in a total Facilities Management role
      • Qualified to MIWFM (or similar professional standard) is preferred but not essential
      • Strong customer focus / service delivery
      • Commitment to occasional domestic travel and overnight stays

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Health & Safety compliance
      • Reactive & planned maintenance
      • Contract management of 3rd party, hard & soft service providers
      • Close and effective communication with site-based operational colleagues
      • Budget setting, management, forecasting and reports
