Join Place North West, Hill Dickinson and Lambert Smith Hampton at a specialist retail breakfast event to discuss the changing role of shopping centres in the modern retail market.

The rise of digital, the resurgence of out-of-town parks and the impact of food and beverage spend are all putting the spotlight on the business plans for shopping centres.

This retaRetail Breakfast Debateil breakfast will be held the week before the British Council of Shopping Centres returns to Manchester for its major annual exhibition and conference.

Joining us on the panel on the morning of Wednesday 9 September at City Tower in Manchester will be:

  • Roger Gorham, director, Bride Hall Real Estate – asset manager whose portfolio includes Grosvenor Shopping Centre in Chester
  • Criona Collins, director, Lambert Smith Hampton – leasing manager and property adviser with vast experience not least through acquisition of niche agency Tushingham Moore earlier this year
  • John Sullivan, director dcinex and co-founder of Light Cinemas independent operator – specialist on leisure anchors in new centre development
  • Martyn McDonald, partner, Hill Dickinson – advises centre owners and national retailers on expansion programmes
  • Marcus Hadfield, managing partner, McCann Connected – helping retailers understand the complex digital journeys customers make in today’s multichannel marketplace

Attendance is free of charge. City Tower is located in Piccadilly, Manchester with extensive parking, tram and train stations nearby. The event is due to open at 8am for an 8.30am start to proceedings with close around 9.30am for networking and refreshments.
