Focusing on the theme of growth as documented in the Construction 2025 vision, we are proud to announce our key speakers as being:

Suri Singhania – Young Lord Mayor of Liverpool

Suri is 16years old and a student at Calderstones School. He is currently the Young Lord Mayor of Liverpool which involves promoting the youth of the city as much as possible. He is an avid public speaker and enjoys learning from all social interactions.

Cliff Maylor – CEO The North West Fund

Cliff joined NWBF in December 2010 as chief financial officer. The North West Fund provides finance from £25,000 to £2m for businesses based in, or relocating to, the North West of England to start, develop and grow. He is a Liverpool Chartered Accountant with a strong entrepreneurial background in the SME arena. After qualifying, Cliff spent four years in corporate finance before establishing a number of successful owner-managed businesses. As chief executive, he assumes responsibility for the day-to-day running of the company and the overall management of The Fund.

Mark Connor – CEO Vermont Property Group

Mark is the Chief Executive of the Vermont Property Group, comprising Vermont Construction and Vermont Property Services. Vermont Construction provide a contracting partnering role to a number of Development and Funding partners across a variety of projects in Liverpool and Manchester city centres. The Vermont Construction business will turnover £34.0m in the year ended 31 March 2016.The Vermont Property Services business provides a residential and student lettings and management business across a number of schemes in the Liverpool area.

Arrival is 3.00pm for a 3.30pm start.
