Asset & Land Group

Asset & Land Group, a specialist in recovery, recycling and regeneration, has invested substantially in the remediation and development of a brownfield site on the south side of Manchester to create the Junction 25 Recycling Centre, operated by Asset & Land Environmental.

Junction 25 Recycling Centre is licensed to receive and process 240,000 tonnes of construction, demolition and industrial waste per annum, which will be processed through a purpose built Material Recycling Facility (MRF) supplied by Turmec.

The investment in the Turmec process equipment will allow them to work towards achieving 100 % diversion from landfill. This goal will be achieved by producing quality recyclates and also having the ability to recover large volumes of Solid Recovered Fuels (SRF) for this new emerging market.
