Free Breakfast Briefing: Construction Law and Contract Update
The Alway Group is holding the first of its construction law breakfast briefings at the Ramada Encore Hotel, Aston Avenue, Birchwood in Warrington on 22 July.
Alway Director, Peter Ormston, will be giving an update on recent changes to the standard forms of building contract and an update on the new provisions of the Construction Act.
Future briefing topics will include design-and-build and the New Engineering Contract (NEC 3).
Breakfast will be provided.
The Briefing starts at 8.15, but delegates are asked to arrive from 7.45.
